Cultivate an inner sanctuary of authenticity, surrender, and self-love — returning to the quiet wisdom within. This somatic healing circle blends internal family systems (IFS), yogic philosophy, and tantra to support you in reconnecting with your inner guidance while honoring the protective parts and patterns that have shaped your journey.
This workshop will begin with philosophy on IFS and the yogic principles of Self, karma, dharma, and universal laws. Through gentle somatic movements and chakra stimulation, you will learn tools for regulating your nervous system to support deeper resonance with love and truth. Julie will lead the group through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice to access your most relaxed state of awareness where you will connect to your inner wise guide.
This inward journey will be followed by journaling, herbal tea, and group reflection where we will dive into the experience of Self and discuss paths to living a life of authenticity, clarity, and truth. Julie invites you to bring a journal, comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, your favorite mug (optional) and an eye mask (optional). Book here!

Join us for a cozy, heart-centered evening to honor the quiet wisdom of winter. Through gentle meditation, dharma reflection, and deeply restorative yoga nidra, we’ll soften into stillness, restore the nervous system, and reconnect with the inner rhythm of rest.
Julie will weave together insights from modern psychology and Yogic & Tantric philosophy to guide you into deeper self-connection and intuitive embodiment. Yoga nidra invites you into a state of effortless receiving, where healing unfolds through rest and the body remembers its natural harmony.
You’ll be guided through reflective prompts and offered space for journaling to integrate and anchor your insights. We’ll close by sharing tea in community – grounding the evening in warmth, presence, and connection.

When: Beginning November 3rd – Monday’s 6 - 7:30 p.m. (EST). First session is 2 hours long, no sessions are scheduled the week of Thanksgiving, and final week has additional session on Thursday 12/4.

Investment: $300 ($60 per session) – Sliding scale available upon request. Full payment (non-refundable) is required for enrollment, payment plans available upon request.
